Eric and Shirley Foust founded 3C Insights with a simple belief: most organizational problems aren’t people problems—they’re communication problems. With a combined 60 years of leadership experience, Eric and Shirley see a consistent need across both corporate and nonprofit teams: a deeper level of clarity, connection, and alignment. 3C Insights was born to close that gap and empower leaders to thrive with purpose.

Through personally tailored leadership programs designed specifically for you, Eric and Shirley bring a unique blend of curiosity, compassion, and constructive challenge to every engagement. Whether they're guiding a business team through complex transitions or helping a church board refocus its mission, Eric and Shirley create space for growth, trust, and tangible results—all delivered with a strategic yet deeply human approach.

The Who

As seasoned professionals, Eric and Shirley meet leaders where they are at—virtually or in person—in both English and Spanish. Their executive work experiences include large corporations, multimillion dollar companies, security clearance with the Federal Government, as well as helping launch smaller entrepreneurial business startups and non-profits. The mission of 3C Insights is clear: to empower others to lead with insight and integrity. They enjoy public speaking and are available for Conferences, weekend retreats and half-day/full-day training sessions.
